Directions to Virginia Office

From Downtown Richmond Take Main Street east about one mile, turn right at Pear Street. Pear Street is located across the street from Poe's Pub in the bend of East Main Street. 50 Pear Street is immediately on your right after making the turn.

From Interstate 64

Approaching Richmond from I-64, take I-95 South. Take Exit 74-B to Franklin Street. At the end of the short off-ramp, turn left onto Franklin Street. At the second traffic light, turn left onto East Main Street. Traveling about 1/4 mile east on Main Street, Pear Street is located on the right, across the street from Poe's Pub in the bend of East Main Street. 50 Pear Street is immediately on your right after making the turn.

Take Exit 74-C (Broad Street). Bear right (Rt. 33) as the exit ramp splits, this will lead to you to 17th Street. Move over to the left lane as soon as possible. Make a left turn onto Broad Street at the next traffic light. Turn right onto 20th Street. Make a left turn on Main Street and follow that to Pear Street. Pear Street is located on the right, across the street from Poe's Pub in the bend of East Main Street. 50 Pear Street is immediately on your right after making the turn.

From Interstate 95 South

Take Exit 74-B to Franklin Street. At the end of the short off-ramp, take the left lane straight through the traffic light. At the next traffic light, turn left onto East Main Street and follow that to Pear Street. Pear Street is located on the right, across the street from Poe's Pub in the bend of East Main Street. 50 Pear Street is immediately on your right after making the turn.

Directions to North Carolina Office

Driving from the North

From I-85 South – Take Exit 218 (left exit) to US-1 South to Raleigh. US-1 turns into Capital Boulevard which turns into Dawson Street upon reaching the downtown Raleigh area. From Dawson Street, turn left onto West Hargett Street; drive two blocks.

The Raleigh Building is on the right, across the street from the Wachovia Building.

From the South

From I-95 North -- Merge onto I-40E/I-440 E/US-64 E via Exit 1A toward Benson/Rocky Mount. Continue on and take Exit 298B (South Saunders Street, North) toward downtown Raleigh. From South Saunders Street, merge right onto South McDowell Street. Drive about a mile; turn right onto West Hargett Street; drive two blocks.

The Raleigh Building is on the right, across the street from the Wachovia Building.

Driving from the East

From I-40 West – Follow and take Exit 298B (South Saunders Street) toward downtown Raleigh. Turn right onto South Saunders Street. Merge right onto South McDowell Street. Travel about a mile and turn right onto West Hargett Street; drive two blocks.

The Raleigh Building is on the right, across the street from the Wachovia Building.

From I-64 West – Travel west until you reach the Raleigh Beltline (Interstate I-440) and take the second exit ramp onto I-440 heading south. Travel toward south Raleigh on I-440 to Exit 298-B (South Saunders Street—Downtown). Once on South Saunders, bear right when the road splits into McDowell Street and follow McDowell Street to West Hargett Street. Turn right onto West Hargett Street; go one block.

The Raleigh Building is on the right, across the street from the Wachovia Building.

Driving from the West/RDU Airport

Take I-40 East to the Wade Avenue to Exit 289. Take Wade Avenue for approximately 4.5 miles, through several traffic lights, and bear right onto Capital Boulevard (toward downtown). Upon reaching the downtown Raleigh area, Capital Boulevard will turn into Dawson Street. Continue on Dawson Street to the intersection with West Hargett Street. Turn left onto West Hargett Street; go two blocks.

Parking

In addition to street parking, visitors can continue on West Hargett Street and make a left onto Wilmington Street. Two parking decks are located on Wilmington Street immediately after the turn – Alexander Square Parking Deck on the left and City of Raleigh Parking Deck on the right.
