Hayes Framme

Hayes assists clients in a number of areas including grassroots and coalition development, issue management and advocacy, and strategic communications. His experience in political campaigns, state government and the private sector brings a broad perspective that is used in meeting and exceeding client’s needs and expectations.

Hayes previously worked on the gubernatorial campaign of former Governor Tim Kaine and then in the Kaine Administration, serving as the Governor’s Executive Aide. He has also worked in the private sector in roles that required creating internal communications and conducting policy and legislative research. More recently, he worked as a freelance grassroots consultant, dealing with issue advocacy at both the local and federal levels.

Hayes holds a B.A. in Political Science from the College of Charleston in South Carolina and an M.B.A. in Applied Economics and Human Resource Management from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in Chicago, Illinois. While at DePaul, Hayes was an elected member of the cohort leadership council, a group tasked with representing the interests and needs of his classmates.
