Ineke joined Capital Results after serving as an adviser to the University of Virginia’s chief operating officer. Her intellectual curiosity and ability to convey complex information provide a strong foundation for shaping and implementing targeted communications campaigns to support clients’ objectives.

Ineke works with clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, energy and retail, and performs policy research, media outreach and community engagement.

Ineke earned her undergraduate degree as a double major at the University of Virginia, where she became involved in University affairs, the Charlottesville community and public history organizations. She has authored deeply researched reports on Virginia history, U.S. healthcare and higher education policy. Outside of the office, Ineke enjoys watching basketball, spending time outdoors and trying Richmond’s many restaurants.
